Given the overall size and complexity of the various projects across the department, this role will need to ensure common standards for accurate tracking and Overall program status tracking and reporting. Using protocols & templates for project planning/tracking, status, issues/risks/actions reporting as established by the PMO. Preparation and distribution of Weekly/Monthly Reporting (Status, Accomplishments, Newsletters, etc.) and Steering Committee Reporting by engaging with product group leads. This role will also have an opportunity for co-ordination & facilitation to address any firm-wide initiatives across the department.

The BAs on this project will be working very closely with project manager and TS to establish strategy to design this project. They will conduct competitor analysis, review existing user research and meet with stakeholders within the business to understand business drivers (goals, objectives, etc.). Additionally, they will work collaboratively to establish a redesign strategy, feature/functionality list, and roadmap for future phases, etc.
Total of 3-8 years of experience out of which 2 years experience in application developmentin Education and IT Industry.

Brief Description of position:
This position reports to a Technical Lead, who will be doing hands-on development alongside you. Developers work in small, focused teams with a high degree of autonomy and constant opportunities to let their creativity shine. This position requires at least 2 years of software engineering experience. C/C++, and Linux/Unix are important, knowledge in wireless protocols, video streaming, MPEG4 AAC encoder would be helpful, but if you're smart and can learn quickly, they are not absolutely necessary. Experience in object-oriented design and all phases of the development life cycle will help.
It would be helpful have some Perl experience but is not mandatory.
Qualifications:
