Agile relies on adaptive planning, iterative development and incremental delivery. It focuses primarily on the value to be delivered to the customer frequently and as early as possible .This Workshop is appropriate for professionals interested in getting familiar with the concepts and practices of different Agile Project Management methodologies and how they can be integrated and adopted to accomplish tasks.
